§ 111‑23. Misrepresentation or fraud in obtaining assistance.

Any person who shall obtain, or attempt to obtain, by means of awillful, false statement, or representation, or impersonation, or otherfraudulent devices, assistance to which he is not entitled shall be guilty of aClass 2 misdemeanor.  The superior court and the recorders' courts shall haveconcurrent jurisdiction in all prosecutions arising under this Article.
