§ 111‑25.  Acceptance and use of federal aid.

The Department of Health and Human Services may expend under theprovisions of the Executive Budget Act, such grants as shall be made to it forpaying the cost of administering this Chapter by the appropriate federaldepartment or agency under the Social Security Act.
