§ 111‑28.1.  Department of Health and HumanServices authorized to cooperate with federal government in rehabilitation ofblind and visually impaired.

The Department of Health and Human Services may adopt the necessaryrules to cooperate with the federal government in the furtherance of theRehabilitation Act of 1973, Pub. L. No. 93‑112, 87 Stat. 355, 29 U.S.C. §701, et seq., as amended, providing for the rehabilitation of the blind andvisually impaired.
