§ 111‑52.  Profits fromHighway Vending Fund.

Profits generated by highwayvending locations as of June 30, 1992, and deposited in a special fund inaccordance with the policies of the Office of the State Controller shall bereserved for the construction and maintenance of highway vending facilityprojects.
