§ 113‑14.3. Publications.

The Department shall publish, from time to time, reports andstatements, with illustrations, maps, and other descriptions, which shalladequately set forth the natural and material resources of the State for thepurpose of furnishing information to educate the people about the natural andmaterial resources of the State.
