§ 113‑170.  Exportation and importation of fishand equipment.

The Commission may adopt rules governing the importation andexportation of fish, and equipment that may be used in taking or processingfish, as necessary to enhance the conservation of marine and estuarineresources of the State. These rules may regulate, license, prohibit, orrestrict importation into the State and exportation from the State of any andall species of fish that are native to coastal fishing waters or may thrive ifintroduced into these waters.
