§ 113‑21. Cooperation of counties with State in making water resource survey.

The board of county commissioners of any county of North Carolina isauthorized and empowered, in their discretion, to cooperate with the Departmentor other association, organization, or corporation in making surveys of any ofthe natural resources of their county, and to appropriate and pay out of thefunds under their control such proportional part of the cost of such survey asthey may deem proper and just.
