§ 113-255. Powers of Commission and commissioners. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 113‑255.  Powers of Commission andcommissioners.

There is hereby granted to the Commission and the commissioners thereofall the powers provided for in the said Compact and all the powers necessary orincidental to the carrying out of said Compact in every particular. Allofficers of the State of North Carolina are hereby authorized and directed todo all things falling within their respective provinces and jurisdictionnecessary or incidental to the carrying out of said Compact in everyparticular; it being hereby declared to be the policy of the State of NorthCarolina to perform and carry out the said Compact and to accomplish thepurposes thereof. All officers, bureaus, departments and persons of and in theState government or administration of the State of North Carolina are herebyauthorized and directed at convenient times and upon request of the saidCommission to furnish the said Commission with information and data possessedby them or any of them and to aid said Commission by loan of personnel or othermeans lying within their legal rights respectively.
