§ 113‑310.  Certainactivities not to be deemed illegal or in restraint of trade.

No association, meeting or activity undertaken in pursuance of theprovisions of this Article and intended to benefit all of the coastal fisheriesor distinguishable part thereof hereinunder certified by the Marine FisheriesCommission shall be deemed or considered illegal or in restraint of trade.
