§ 113‑315.27. Executive committee.

There shall be an executive committee consisting of the chairman of theAuthority and two other members elected annually by the Authority. Theexecutive committee shall be vested with authority  to do all acts which are specificallyauthorized by the bylaws of the  Authority. Members of the executive committeeshall serve until their successors are elected. (1979, c. 459, s. 3.)
