§ 113‑315.7. Subsequent referendum where assessment adopted.

In the event such referendum as herein provided for shall be voted onaffirmatively by two thirds or more of the voters eligible and voting, then theagency shall in its discretion have full power and authority to call andconduct during the third year after the latest referendum another referendumfor the purpose set forth herein for the next ensuing three years.
