§ 113‑399.  Suitsby Department.

The Department may bring an action in any court of competentjurisdiction in the State to enforce, by injunction or another remedy, an orderissued or rule adopted by the Department under this Article.  The court mayenter any judgment or order necessary to enforce an order issued or ruleadopted by the Department under this Article.
