§ 113-401. Party to hearings; review. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 113‑401.  Partyto hearings; review.

The term "party" as used in this Article shall include anyperson, firm, corporation or association. In proceedings for review of an orderor decision of said Department, the Department shall have all rights and privilegesgranted by this Article to any other party to such proceedings.
