§ 113‑414.  Filinglist of renewed leases in office of register of deeds.

On December 31 of each year, or within 10 days thereafter, everyperson, firm or corporation holding petroleum leases shall file in the officeof the register of deeds of the county within which the land covered by suchleases is located, a list showing the leases which have been renewed for theensuing year.
