§ 113‑44.13. General management plans.

Every park classified pursuant to G.S. 113‑44.12 shall have ageneral management plan.  The plan shall include a statement of purpose for thepark based upon its relationship to the System Plan and its classification.  Ananalysis of the major resources and facilities on hand to achieve thosepurposes shall be completed along with a statement of management direction. The general management plan shall be revised as necessary to comply with theSystem Plan and to achieve the purposes of this Article.
