§ 113‑60.13. Assent of legislature to mutual aid provisions of other compacts.

The legislature of this State hereby gives its assent to the mutual aidprovisions of Articles IV and V of the South Central Interstate Forest FireProtection Compact in accordance with Article VIII of that Compact relating tointerregional mutual aid; and the legislature of this State also hereby givesits assent to the mutual aid provisions of Articles IV and V of the MiddleAtlantic Interstate  Forest Fire Protection Compact in accordance with ArticleVIII of that Compact relating to interregional mutual aid.
