§ 113‑60.15. Agreements with noncompact states.

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources is herebyauthorized to enter into written agreements with the State forest fire controlagency of any other state or any province of Canada which is party to aregional forest fire protection compact. The provisions of any writtenagreement entered into pursuant to this Article shall be substantially in theform of the authority heretofore granted under the provisions of this Article,Southeastern Interstate Forest Fire Protection Compact.
