§ 113‑60.5. Authority of the Department.

The authority and responsibility for carrying out the purpose, intentand provisions of this Article are hereby delegated to the Department. Theadministration of the provisions of this Article shall be under the generalsupervision of the Secretary. The provisions of this Article shall not abrogateor change any power or authority as may be vested in the North CarolinaDepartment of Agriculture and Consumer Services under existing statutes.
