Natural Heritage Trust Program.

§ 113‑77.6.  Definitions.

As used in this Article:

(1)        "Appraised value" means the price estimated interms of money at which the property would change hands between a willing andfinancially able buyer and a willing seller, neither being under any compulsionto buy or sell and both having reasonable knowledge of the uses to which theproperty is adapted and for which it is capable of being used.

(2)        "Fund" means the Natural Heritage Trust Fundcreated pursuant to this Article.

(3)        "Land" and "lands" mean real propertyand any interest in, easement in, or restriction on real property.

(4)        "Secretary" means the Secretary of Environment andNatural Resources.

(5)        "Trustees" means the trustees of the NaturalHeritage Trust Fund. (1987, c. 871, s. 1; 1989, c. 86, s. 1; c. 727, s. 218(56); 1993 (Reg.Sess., 1994), c. 772, s. 3; 1997‑443, s. 11A.119(a).)
