§ 113A‑13. Administrative and judicial review.

The preparation of an environmental document required under thisArticle is intended to assist the responsible agency in determining theappropriate decision on the proposed action. An environmental document requiredunder this Article is a necessary part of an application or other request foragency action. Administrative and judicial review of an environmental documentis incidental to, and may only be undertaken in connection with, review of theagency action. No other review of an environmental document is allowed. (1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992), c. 945, ss. 5, 7(a).)
