§ 113A‑40. Component as part of State park, wildlife refuge, etc.

Any component of the State natural and scenic rivers system that is orshall become a part of any State park, wildlife refuge, or  state‑ownedarea shall be subject to the provisions of this Article and the Articles underwhich the other areas may be administered, and  in the case of conflict betweenthe provisions of these Articles the more restrictive provisions shall apply.
