§ 113A‑67.  AnnualReport.

The Department shall report tothe Environmental Review Commission on the implementation of this Article on orbefore 1 October of each year. The Department shall include in the report ananalysis of how the implementation of the Sedimentation Pollution Control Actof 1973 is affecting activities that contribute to the sedimentation ofstreams, rivers, lakes, and other waters of the State. The report shall alsoinclude a review of the effectiveness of local erosion and sedimentationcontrol programs. (2004‑195,s. 2.1.)
