§ 113A‑76. Acquisition of rights‑of‑way and lands; manner of acquiring.

The State of North Carolina may use lands for trail purposes within theboundaries of areas under its administration that are included in the rights‑of‑wayselected for the Appalachian Trail System. The Department of Administration mayacquire lands or easements by donation or purchase with funds donated orappropriated for such purpose. (1973, c. 545, s. 5.)
