§ 113A‑92.1.  Adopt‑A‑TrailProgram.

The Department shall establish an Adopt‑A‑Trail Program tocoordinate with the Trails Committee and local groups or persons on traildevelopment and maintenance.  Local involvement shall be encouraged, andinterested groups are authorized to "adopt‑a‑trail" forsuch purposes as placing trail markers, trail building, trail blazing, littercontrol, resource protection, and any other activities related to the policiesand purposes of this Article.
