§ 114‑1. Creation of Department of Justiceunder supervision of Attorney General.
There is hereby created a Department of Justice which shall be underthe supervision and direction of the Attorney General, as authorized by ArticleIII, Sec. 7, of the Constitution of North Carolina. (1939, c. 315, s. 1; 1973, c. 702, s. 1.)
