§ 114‑14.1.  Transfer of personnel.

The Director of the State Bureau of Investigation shall have authorityto transfer members of the Bureau from one locality in the State to another ashe may deem necessary. When any member of the State Bureau of Investigation istransferred from one point to another for the convenience of the State, orotherwise than upon the request of the employee, the Bureau shall beresponsible for transporting the household goods, furniture, and personaleffects of the employee and members of his household.
