§ 114‑15.3.  Investigations of child sexualabuse in child care.

The Director of the Bureau may form a task force to investigate andgather evidence following a notification by the director of a county departmentof social services, pursuant to G.S. 7B‑301, that child sexual abuse mayhave occurred in a child care facility.
