§ 115C‑111.5. Allocation of federal funds.

Whenever any federal moniesfor the special education and related services for children with disabilitiesare made available, these funds shall be allocated according to a formuladesigned by the Board consistent with federal laws and regulations. Thisformula shall ensure equitable distribution of resources and shall beimplemented as funds are made available from federal and State appropriations.
