§ 115C‑161.  Dutiesof the State Board of Education.

The State Board of Education is authorized and directed to establish,maintain, and implement such policies, rules, regulations, and procedures notin conflict with State law or other State Board policies as necessary to assistlocal boards of education in the conduct of production work experiencesperformed in connection with approved State Board of Education vocational andtechnical education programs.
