§ 115D‑57.  Interimbudget.

In case the adoption of the budget resolution is delayed until afterJuly 1, the board of trustees shall authorize the president, through interimprovisions, to pay salaries and the other ordinary expenses of the institutionfor the interval between the beginning of the fiscal year and the adoption ofthe budget resolution. Interim provisions so made shall be charged to theproper allocations in the budget resolution. (1981, c. 157, s. 1.)
