§ 116-205. Title to property; use of State lands; offices.

§ 116‑205.  Titleto property; use of State lands; offices.

(a)        Title to any property acquired by the Authority shall betaken in the name of the Authority.

(b)        The State hereby consents, subject to the approval of theGovernor and Council of State, to the use of any other lands or property ownedby the State, which are deemed by the Authority to be necessary for itspurposes.

(c)        The Authority may establish such offices in state‑ownedor rented structures as it deems appropriate for its purposes. (1965, c.  1180, s. 1.)
