§ 116‑209.11. Additional pledge.

Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary herein, theAuthority is hereby authorized to pledge as security for any bonds issuedhereunder any contract between the Authority and the United States of Americaunder which the United States agrees to make funds available to the Authorityfor any of the purposes of this Article, to insure or guarantee the payment ofinterest or principal on student loans, or otherwise to aid in promoting orfacilitating student loans.
