§ 116‑242. Administration of Arboretum; acceptance of gifts and grants.
The Arboretum shall be administered by The University of North Carolinathrough the Board of Directors established in G.S. 116‑243. State fundsfor the administration of the Arboretum shall be appropriated to The Universityof North Carolina for the University of North Carolina at Asheville. TheUniversity of North Carolina may receive gifts and grants to be used fordevelopment or operation of the Arboretum. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 1014, s. 98.)
