§ 116‑32.  Officersand meetings of the boards of trustees.

At the first meeting after June 30 of each year each board of trusteesshall elect from its membership a chairman, a vice‑chairman and asecretary. Each board of trustees shall hold not less than three regularmeetings a year and may hold such additional meetings as may be deemeddesirable. (1971, c. 1244, s.1.)
