§ 116‑41.8.  Rightsand remedies of bondholders.

Any holder of revenue bonds issued under the provisions of this Part orof any of the coupons appertaining thereto, except to the extent that therights herein given may be restricted by the resolution authorizing theissuance of such bonds, may, either at law or in equity, by suit, action,mandamus or other proceeding, protect and enforce any and all rights under thelaws of the State of North Carolina, including this Part, or under suchresolution, and may enforce and compel the performance of all duties requiredby this Part or by such resolution to be performed by the University or by anyofficer thereof or the Board, including the fixing, charging and collecting ofservice charges.
