North Carolina School of the Arts.
§ 116‑63. Policy.
It is hereby declared to be the policy of the State to foster,encourage and promote, and to provide assistance for, the cultural developmentof the citizens of North Carolina, and to this end the General Assembly doescreate and provide for a training center for instruction in the performingarts.
