§ 117‑17.  Generalgrant of powers.

Each corporation formed under this Article is hereby vested with allpower necessary or requisite for the accomplishment of its corporate purposeand capable of being delegated by the legislature; and no enumeration of particularpowers hereby granted shall be construed to impair any general grant of powerherein contained, nor to limit any such grant to a power or powers of the sameclass as those so enumerated.
