§ 119‑16.3. Certain kerosene sales prohibited.

It shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor for any distributor to sell kerosenedispensed from a pump located on the same island where there are pumpsdispensing gasoline or gasohol.  An island is a group of two or more dispensingpumps within 15 feet of each other.  This section shall apply only to pumpsinstalled after October 1, 1985.
