§ 119‑35. Adulteration of products offered for sale.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation who haspurchased gasoline or other liquid motor fuel upon which a road tax has beenpaid to in anywise adulterate the same by the addition thereto of kerosene orany other liquid substance and sell or offer for sale the same.  Any personviolating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor.
