Liquid Fuels, Lubricating Oils, Greases, etc.

§ 119‑7.  Sale of automobile fuels andlubricants by deception as to quality, etc., prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, copartnership, partnershipor corporation to store, sell, offer or expose for sale any liquid fuels,lubricating oils, greases or other similar products in any manner whatsoeverwhich may deceive, tend to deceive or have the effect of deceiving thepurchaser of said products, as to the nature, quality or quantity of theproducts so sold, exposed or offered for sale. (1933, c. 108, s. 1.)
