§ 120‑105.  Continuingstudy of ethical questions.

The Committee shall conductcontinuing studies of questions of legislative ethics including revisions andimprovements of this Article and Chapter 138A and Chapter 120C of the GeneralStatutes. The Committee shall report to the General Assembly from time to timerecommendations for amendments to the statutes and legislative rules which theCommittee deems desirable in promoting, maintaining and effectuating highstandards of ethics in the legislative branch of State government.
