§120‑149.5.  Hearings.

(a)        Before submitting apreliminary or final assessment report, the Committee may, in its discretion,hold one or more public hearings in the Legislative Building or LegislativeOffice Building.

(b)        When assessmentreports involving the same or similar occupations or professions are pendingbefore the Committee, the Committee may consider any or all of the matters tobe addressed by the reports. (1987, c. 180, s. 1.)
