§120‑159.  Terms.

Members shall be appointed forterms ending June 30, 1987, and subsequently for two‑year terms beginningJuly 1, 1987, and biennially thereafter. A member eligible when appointed maycontinue for the remainder of the term regardless of the member's continuedeligibility for the category. The Commission shall elect a chairman from itsmembership for a one‑year term. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c.1003, s. 1.)
