§ 120‑161.  Facilitiesand staff.

The Commission may meet in theLegislative Building or the Legislative Office Building. Staff for theCommission shall be provided by the Legislative Services Commission. TheCommission may contract with the School of Government at the University ofNorth Carolina at Chapel Hill, the Local Government Commission, the Departmentof Environment and Natural Resources, or other agencies as may be necessary incompleting any required studies, within the funds appropriated to the Commission.(1985 (Reg.Sess., 1986), c. 1003, s. 1; 1989, c. 727, s. 218(82); 1997‑443, s.11A.119(a); 2006‑264, s. 29(j).)
