§ 120‑215.  Commissioncreated; purpose.

There is created theLegislative Study Commission on Children and Youth. The purpose of theCommission is to study and evaluate the system of delivery of services tochildren and youth and to make recommendations to improve service delivery tomeet present and future needs of the children and youth of this State. Thisstudy shall be a continuing one and the evaluation ongoing. (1997‑390,s. 11.)
