§ 120‑2.5.  Directappeal to Supreme Court.

Appeal lies of right directlyto the Supreme Court from any final order or judgment of a court declaringunconstitutional or otherwise invalid in whole or in part and for any reasonany act of the General Assembly that apportions or redistricts Statelegislative or congressional districts.
