§120‑35.  Payment for expenses.

Actual expenses for the jointoperation of the General Assembly shall be paid by the State Treasurer uponauthorization of the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of theHouse of Representatives. Expenses for the operation of the Senate shall bepaid upon authorization of the President pro tempore of the Senate. Expensesfor the operation of the House shall be paid upon authorization of the Speakerof the House. (1969, c. 1184, s. 5; 1971, c. 1200, s. 6.)
