§ 120-36.14. Content of report of Program Evaluation Division. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 120‑36.14.  Content ofreport of Program Evaluation Division.

A report of an evaluation of aprogram or an activity of a State agency by the Program Evaluation Division ofthe General Assembly must include the following:

(1)        The findings of theDivision concerning the program or activity.

(2)        Specificrecommendations for making the program or activity more efficient or effective.

(3)        Any legislationneeded to implement the Division's findings and recommendations concerning theprogram or activity.

(4)        An estimate of thecosts or savings expected from implementing the Division's findings andrecommendations concerning the program or activity. (2007‑78, s. 3.)
