§120‑70.34.  Additional powers.

The Joint Select Committee,while in the discharge of official duties, may exercise all the powers providedfor under the provisions of G.S. 120‑19, and G.S. 120‑19.1 throughG.S. 120‑19.4.  The Joint Select Committee may meet at any time upon thecall of either cochairman, whether or not the General Assembly is in session. The Joint Select Committee may meet in the Legislative Building or theLegislative Office Building upon the approval of the Legislative Services Commission.(1987 (Reg.
