§ 120‑70.46.  Staffing.

The Legislative ServicesOfficer shall assign as staff to the Environmental Review Commissionprofessional employees of the General Assembly, as approved by the LegislativeServices Commission. Clerical staff shall be assigned to the EnvironmentalReview Commission through the offices of the Directors of the LegislativeAssistants of the Senate and House of Representatives.
